Gold-Up Pre-Stretched frames of SMT are unique: Our over-designed aluminum frames are stronger than the industry standard to resist bowing and warping when the mesh is stretched to optimal printing tensions for the mesh being used.

We adopt large-scale stretching machines controlled by PLC and frequency conversion which is easy to operate and monitoring. Run steady when stretching meshes. With the integrated auto grips, the machine can efficiently solve the uneven tension problem caused by gaps between grips or mesh slipping. Frames with mesh will be clamped firmly. Multiple meshed frames can be processed at the same time with more even tension (±0.5N/cm), so working efficiency and frame usage will be increased.

It adopts imported Araldite and AB glue, which is environmentally friendly and durable. Among them, The color of AB glue can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
