Scoop coaters are a key tool for proper emulsion application which applies a smooth even coat of emulsion on your printing screen. Our scoop coaters are designed for easy application and cleanup. They are made of durable AL6061T6 aluminum alloy with plastic end cap guides. Dual edges (thick and thin) design permits coating emulsion thicker or thinner on the screen.

Our scoop coaters feature a dual sided coating edge; a sharp edge for thin coats on higher mesh screens, and a rounded dull edge for coating lower mesh screens or for coating heat transfers. They are easy to hold, sit easily on flat surface between coats, and hold a good amount of emulsion for lengthy coating sessions.

 Meshed Fram Size:   8 x 12 in      18 x 20 in      20 x 24 in     23 x 31 in      25 x 36 in  
NOTE: Screens are measured to the outside diameter, so choose a scoop coater 4″ smaller than your screen size.
Example: 20″ x 24″ inch screen will only require a 16 in
